Lotic.ai, an AI-powered mental health company, transforms how people enhance their well-being by encouraging audio story sharing and providing personalized content recommendations.

Context

Lotic.ai is an insights company building an AI-powered ecosystem to improve people’s mental wellness. It delivers personalized content to users across both mobile and desktop platforms. The Lotic CMS is a content management system where team controls all content deployment across all Lotic platforms. It plays a key role in shaping the user experience within Lotic’s products.

Target audience

Content team:

CMS’s primary user. Their daily tasks involve creating content, organizing it into various packages, and scheduling deployments to Lotic users.


Data science team:

They use Lotic CMS as a platform to manage tagging system for AI algorithm recommendation.


Business client:

Our business clients use Lotic CMS to tailor content that aligns with their branding.

The current Lotic CMS workflow is confusing and unintuitive, causing users unable to complete their tasks efficiently, ultimately hurting the content deployment rate.

Content metrics tracking

A new dashboard allows users to easily monitor incomplete drafts awaiting publication, track space usage, access tutorials, view recent team activities and check content creation metrics.

Block as editing unit

Block serves as a fundamental editing unit in the redesign, enabling users to arrange, rearrange and organize content with ease and support multiple media formats.

Bi-direction workflow

A bi-directional creation flow increases the flexibility of content creation, allowing users to choose the approach that best aligns with their workflow.

Live preview

The live preview feature lets users visualize content in real-time, reducing errors and enabling a seamless workflow for adding, previewing, editing, and saving content, boosting confidence in the final output.

Grid view for assets

The grid view of assets makes selecting and using the desired assets like images or videos much easier, thus speeding up the content creation speed.
