Lotic.ai, an AI-powered insights company, has shifted its product strategy to focus on B2B solutions, enabling organizations to gain deeper insights into their target populations.

Context

Organizations often struggle to gather meaningful insights from their target demographics. To address this, Lotic is expanding beyond its Talk2Me mobile app with a business-focused solution designed to help customers capture valuable feedback on critical questions. Unlike traditional survey tools limited to standard question-response formats, Lotic's platform leverages AI to deliver richer, actionable insights, empowering organizations to make informed decisions and drive impactful change effectively. Delta is a B2B SaaS product, aiming to help Lotic customers to gather insights from their target audience.

Target audience

Healthcare:

Delta enables regular patient surveys, helping to improve services and align with industry standards.

University, Government and NGOs:

Delta supports feedback collection from communities, informing policy decisions.

Organizations seek deeper understanding of their groups, but traditional data collection tools prove inefficient and fail to capture actionable insights, hindering informed decision-making and impactful change.

Project goal

How can we build a responsive platform to empower Lotic customers to collect feedback through an engaging, interactive, educational experience, which aligns with Lotic core experience?

• Ensure Delta's new design aligns seamlessly with the Talk2Me experience.

• Design with responsiveness to minimize content team workload, reducing the need for multiple aspect-ratio versions.

Solution

Create a multi-platform AI based application, that allows customers to collect audio and video stories, conduct survey and gather insights on their target demographic to drive organizational change.

Platform Adoption Rate

A 75% platform adoption rate indicated that the majority of invited users actively engaged with Delta's insights collection features.

Session Completed Rate

The newly launched product saw a 87% session completion rate where the majority of users completed all intended steps within a session without assistance.

Insight Processing Time

Insight Processing Time decreased by 60%, allowing organizations to act on feedback much faster.

Next step

Delta ideally comprises two key components: data collection and an insights dashboard. Currently, due to project scope limitations, we are focused solely on data collection, with processed insights delivered to organizations through email reports. Looking ahead, the team plans to develop a dashboard to present collected insights directly to our customers.
